The design team took inspiration from traditional Eastern mortise and tenon joint structures, creating a glue-less or screw-less connection between the components. This not only enhances structural stability and durability but also eliminates the use of hazardous substances, aligning perfectly with the contemporary concept of sustainable development. The screwless hinge structure design of the eyewear arms also allows for 180° flat spreading, making it compatible with various face shapes.
The frames of the eyewear series are made of 0.6mm bio-thin steel, combining the benefits of lightweight and high strength, resulting in an overall weight of merely 16g, providing users with a lightweight and comfortable wearing experience. In addition, the soft and skin-friendly bionic silicone nose pads significantly reduce discomfort when worn for extended periods. Moreover, the series is also available in corrosion-resistant titanium alloy, catering to a diverse consumer base's aesthetic and wearing preferences.
This eyewear series is designed to meet users' personalized needs. The surface is treated with an IP electroplating process, providing a range of colour options. Additionally, the removable and replaceable nylon front frame rims allow further customization, enhancing the product's personalization freedom.
