The project is located in the Inner Jinsha area of Qingyang, Chengdu. Adopting the understated luxury design language of Aman resorts, it centers on the serene ambiance of "secluded retreat for the soul." The design deeply draws upon local intangible cultural heritage elements such as Shu embroidery, Sichuan opera, the Auspicious Bird (Chongming), and the covered-bowl tea. The sales center takes the auspicious Chongming Bird as its core visual motif, extracting the streamlined form of feathered wings and applying it to sculptures, lighting fixtures, and hanging artworks. The space is divided into four narrative zones—the Art Lobby, Negotiation Area, Tea Room, and Coffee Bar—with light and shadow crafting a connective journey throughout the circulation path. The material palette combines natural wood, marble, and vintage metal, complemented by ceramic art installations and folk-culture decorative objects. Floral arrangements, aromatherapy, and vinyl music work together to create a multi-sensory atmosphere of refined Eastern elegance.

The 141㎡ show flat continues the local cultural ethos, incorporating Chengdu's intangible heritage crafts such as lacquerware, silver filigree, and embroidery, to create a modern Eastern residence that is understated yet luxurious, relaxed yet sophisticated. Tailored for four distinct resident personas—corporate executives, a cheongsam brand owner, retired professors, and children—the space is thoughtfully curated: the living room features a marble accent wall and embroidered soft furnishings; the dining room accommodates both family meals and light social dining; the study serves as a cultural and collectible space with vinyl records and curated artifacts; the master bedroom and elder's room are warm and refined; and the children's room is divided into boy and girl themes, filled with a natural and playful charm. The entire home is grounded in a palette of wood tones, antique bronze, and deep gray, weaving traditional intangible cultural heritage patterns and natural mountain-stone textures into furniture, carpets, and decorative art. The design strikes a balance between contemporary minimalist aesthetics and the rich cultural heritage of Shu, while also addressing practical daily living and art-collection functionality.
