China Changzhou Zhao Di's Jinxiu Chunqiu Jin Chang Club

Drawing inspiration from the millennia-old cultural heritage of the Dragon City of China, Changzhou, this clubhouse distills the Eastern ritual order and humanistic spirit embodied in the Spring and Autumn Yancheng culture, reinterpreting the living space atmosphere of Eastern ritual order through a contemporary design language. By reshaping spatial order, natural ambience, and emotional experience, this project establishes a new connection between traditional culture and modern life, creating a high-end clubhouse that blends cultural depth, international aesthetics, and a contemporary lifestyle.

The space unfolds progressively, encompassing diverse scenarios from the ritual sense of arrival to leisure and socializing, private dining, and wellness and fitness. It achieves a seamless transition between openness and privacy, as well as movement and stillness, allowing the order and spatial void of traditional Eastern architecture to endure within a modern context. The public spaces organize circulation through a progressive ritual sequence to maximize spatial efficiency, while stylized Eastern motifs and layered lighting shape a highly recognizable communal realm. The dining areas integrate fine fabrics, premium leather, and framed views through scenic windows, creating an experience that balances ceremonial dignity with warmth and intimacy. The swimming pool redefines architectural scale through a continuous arcade, water features, and borrowed courtyard landscapes. Here, architecture, water, and nature interpenetrate, resulting in an immersive space that balances ritual and relaxation.

Utilizing a strategy of "blending the ancient with the modern", this project weaves a "Six Luxe" material aesthetic throughout the entire space. The systematic integration of luxury stone, panels, slabs, fabrics, leather, and glass, combined with layered lighting and meticulous craftsmanship, shapes a spatial quality that stands the test of time. Modern elements like geometric dragon-pearl chandeliers, glass installations, and layered screens reinterpret the traditional ritual order, translating Eastern culture into a perceptible spatial language.

This project incorporates a "Six Constant" smart wellness system, enabling a healthy indoor environment with constant temperature, humidity, oxygen levels, cleanliness, acoustic comfort, and intelligent control. Combined with natural daylighting, landscape integration, and the application of green building materials, this project effectively reduces operational energy consumption.
