Located beside the central axis of Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City and north of Wuchang Wetland, the project sits on a peninsula embraced by water and parks, drawing on French classical aesthetics to shape a refined residential community. The masterplan is organized around a cross-axis composition inspired by the Palace of Versailles. A 200-meter ceremonial axis runs north to south, linking the main entrance, Goddess Court, central landscape, sunken courtyard, and triumphal arch, while a 260-meter lifestyle axis extends east to west, connecting French-inspired water features with the nearby Xixi Wetland.
The main entrance pays homage to Villa La Rotonda, with four Ionic columns rising beneath an 11-meter-high pediment inspired by ancient Greek temples. Rigorous symmetry defines a dignified, orderly threshold space. The 41-meter-wide entrance frontage and carefully scaled drop-off area orchestrate a ceremonial arrival, balancing a sense of grandeur with a calming transition away from the urban bustle.
Beyond the entrance lobby unfolds the 7-meter-high Goddess Court. Its circular skylight draws inspiration from the dome of the Grand Palais, featuring intricate patterns that create a refined interplay of symmetry and proportion. Beneath the dome, lush greenery dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, creating a year-round garden lounge for gathering and neighborly connection.
Beneath the north-south central axis lies a 2,800-square-meter clubhouse. Rooted in French art de vivre, it offers a refined sanctuary where social gatherings, cultural and artistic encounters, fitness, and family leisure converge.
The French-style façades reference the golden proportions of classical architecture, while residential interiors emphasize human-centered design. Enlarged windows, articulated with finely crafted latticework and classical proportions, introduce abundant natural light while balancing French elegance with a bright, airy ambience. A curated collection of artworks by renowned masters turns the journey home into an immersive artistic encounter, bringing a sense of ease and grace to everyday life.
