The "Floating Islet" architectural gesture elevates the community 5.4 meters above ground, enabling complete pedestrianization while vehicles flow beneath—creating a serene sanctuary insulated from urban noise.

Everyday life unfolds as a performance in this residence. The open-plan living and dining arena serves as the "central stage," where three south-facing bays flood the space with natural spotlight.
