BEIJING CHINA OVERSEAS PROPERTY SPLENDOR MANSION

The design of SPLENDOR MANSION is centered around the concept of “A Golden Dream Garden Journey,” drawing inspiration from the historical context of Beijing and the overall site planning of the project. Through a freely flowing linear language, the design establishes a unified spatial system. The expression focuses on the manipulation of spatial proportions, volumes, and rhythms. By using axial guidance, curved surface generation, and the rhythmic division and interweaving of volumes, the design creates a continuous spatial sequence, allowing the environment to form a coherent and perceptible narrative between movement and stillness, solidity and void.

The ground floor begins the experience with a softly articulated entrance and an exhibition-like lobby. The flowing ceiling form and curved staircase create a visual axis that naturally guides the circulation towards the lower level. The basement space adopts streamlined ceilings, curved walls, and continuous sculptural volumes to create an immersive environment, connecting the lounge areas, art gallery corridor, private dining spaces, wellness facilities, and swimming pool into a unified spatial language.

The material palette combines exquisite stone, metal, and artistic finishes to create a light yet rhythmic sense of layering. Light is softened through ceiling openings, reflective folds, and transitions across surfaces, shaping a serene and enveloping atmosphere. With a continuous sense of fluidity running through the entire design, the project responds to the lifestyle of Beijing’s high-end communities, creating a future-oriented urban luxury retreat that integrates social interaction, relaxation, display, and holistic well-being.
