Ocean View・Dual-Scene Residence

This project is a frontline coastal vacation stacked villa private residence perched on coastal highland, boasting unobstructed panoramic ocean views and an extended urban skyline. Adopting a split-level stacked villa layout, it balances short-term vacation stays and long-term residential use.
Drawing inspiration from the unique coastal natural textures of the site, the design takes the flowing curved lines of rolling waves, the rugged texture of reefs, and the native color palette of mist grey, soft apricot and pale mist blue between sea and sky as its core design vocabulary. It breaks the indoor-outdoor boundaries of the building, inherits the original tones of mountains and seas outside, and realizes the harmonious integration of residents, interior spaces and coastal nature.
With multi-functional zones including dual parlors for public and private use, ocean-view tea room, chess & leisure area and quiet reading room, the design clearly separates public social scenarios and intimate domestic spaces. It fully accommodates diverse life demands such as business meetings, private banquets for relatives and friends, parent-child interaction and solitary meditation, creating an all-age-friendly coastal vacation private residence that balances dignified social reception and warm private family time.
The design adheres to five core principles: respecting the original nature, returning to comfortable living, enforcing exquisite craftsmanship standards, refining subtle details, and selecting durable materials. These principles reconcile the humid coastal climate, coastal site textures and the living aspirations of modern vacation dwellers. More than a viewing vessel, the space serves as a spiritual dwelling that holds residents’ relaxed moods and preserves the poetry of mountains and seas, crafting a coastal private residence integrated with natural charm, orderly layout and soothing spiritual comfort.
