This project combines gifts, dining, and exhibition in one quiet space. Inspired by the feeling of a small oasis in the city, the three-floor layout invites people to slow down and spend time together. The first floor is for choosing gifts and staying awhile, the second for exhibition and shared experiences, and the third for quiet rest and conversation.

In a time shaped by fast consumption and digital communication, human connection is often reduced to brief exchanges. In many East Asian cultures, gift-giving is a way of expressing care and relationship through small gifts shared with others. Over time, this tradition has gradually become a simple act of buying and giving. This project was created to restore a deeper sense of connection through space. By combining dining, exhibition, and places to stay, the space invites people to slow down and spend more time together. Wood, plaster, stone, natural light, and greenery create a calm setting with a gentle sense of openness. More than a place for shopping, the space becomes a quiet setting for conversation, reflection, and shared moments.

This project is shaped around the idea of growing connection, turning three floors into a gentle emotional journey. The first floor brings together gift selection, tasting, and seating, allowing people to slow down and stay awhile. The second floor uses exhibition and meaningful objects to reconnect visitors with the feeling behind giving. The third floor, with selected goods and tatami seating, offers a quiet place for rest and conversation. Greenery, water, and an S-shaped path soften movement through the space, allowing each transition to unfold more slowly and naturally. Message boards and letter-writing areas invite people to share thoughts and feelings, turning shopping into a more personal and human experience.
