Inspired by insights into contemporary youth lifestyles, this design blends natural aesthetics with functional philosophy to create a "spiritual sanctuary" that nurtures both body and soul. Taking "the vitality of spring" as its thematic thread, the space employs delicate interventions of objects, colors, and light to craft a relaxing, healing, and vibrant living experience.
Breaking away from traditional layouts, the living and dining area revolves around a 270-degree panoramic bay window, adopting a blurred-boundary approach to form a multi-centric shared zone. A custom extra-long sofa and a wet bar naturally delineate the space, creating a versatile setting for socializing, working, and leisure. Extensive use of white space and a floating luxury stone coffee table enhance the sense of openness in this compact home, while accents of matcha green—reminiscent of budding spring leaves—infuse the space with lively energy.
The design introduces an innovative bay window planter system, where greenery grows upward and storage extends downward, orchestrating a harmonious duet between nature and functionality. In the dining area, slim floating cabinets draw visual focus, serving as a curated stage for the homeowner’s interests and memories.
The bedrooms emphasize a balance between comfort and storage. The master bedroom features an artful layout and accent lighting to evoke a tranquil, elegant ambiance. The guest room employs natural textures and a strategic lighting system to elevate the feel of the north-facing space. The children’s room integrates the bay window system to combine drawing, reading, and resting functions, with a custom bed designed as a fairytale cottage to inspire dreams of growth.
Moving beyond mere form and function, this project focuses on awakening emotional resonance. As woodland-inspired aesthetics permeate daily life, the home becomes an enduring landscape where beauty is always waiting to be discovered.
