FUTURE CARTIER

Future Cartier is situated in the prime location east of Shangqiu Sun-Moon Lake, guided by "long-termism" as its creed and "customer lifetime value" as its measure. It proposes the design vision of "Where Lake Light Settles, A Realm of Vitality Emerges," adopting a "Canyon Forest" morphological language to forge a new paradigm of human dwelling—from "rationed luxury" to "responsive living field."
The project employs a symmetrical layout to establish a 300-meter east-west landscape axis, systematically connecting a 150-meter community homecoming interface, a 5,000㎡ sunken clubhouse, and a 180-meter sunken canyon core landscape zone. This creates a ceremonial circulation route where layered emerald and gilded hues intertwine, encircled by winding waters.
The architectural facade is anchored in the concept of "Crystal Diamond Flowing Light," breaking away from conventional visual-boundary definitions. Twelve new composite building materials were curated, with a jewelry-grade craftsmanship investment of 2,000 RMB/㎡, enabling daylight, greenery, and seasonal colors to dynamically merge across the surface—an ecological canvas that captures nature in perpetual flux.
The homecoming system innovatively integrates a dual structure: an above-ground CEO-exclusive drop-off zone and an underground central station. Leveraging the 180-meter sunken canyon landscape axis and a three-dimensional transportation network, it orchestrates a seamless emotional transition from urban vibrancy to serene tranquility.
Through the symbiosis of artistic texture and natural narrative, the project reshapes Shangqiu's urban interface and street scale, offering an innovative dwelling model for the "Good House" era—one that bridges aesthetic timelessness with the warmth of lived experience.
