The project is located in Hangzhou, right in the heart of the 'Embrace the River' Eastward Development Zone — a city of rivers and seas. It’s built on raised platforms, sunken court-yards, and dual waterfront systems, creating a whole new living model tailored for the city. As the city’s first raised-platform community, first waterfront apartment community, first fully-glazed aesthetic building, first sunken courtyard, and first Greentown waterfront apartment community, it combines the rarity of metro TOD and waterfront platform apartments to craft an ideal neighborhood where people of all ages can live active-ly and share time together. The design revolves around the spirit of 'Tranquility · Quality · Shanghai-style Light Luxu-ry,' deeply merging the Shanghai-style blend of East and West, elegant modernity, with the cultural waves of Qiantang River, achieving a dual upgrade in aesthetics and value through 'Shanghai-style framework, trendy charm and soul.'
