Greentree Xijing Henglu, Hangzhou

Building on its profound heritage and long-standing accumulation in the Hangzhou Peach Blossom Spring area, Greentree presents Brook Trail Henglu. It marks an in-depth review and creative reinterpretation of the classic paradigm of French-style mansions, as well as a pioneering exploration into the spatial form of modern stacked villas. The interplay of French romance and modern oriental aesthetics jointly depicts an enchanting contemporary lifestyle.
The project demonstration area features nearly 12,000 square meters of high-quality public spaces, making it the only low-density community in Hangzhou with three exclusive clubs.
Inspired by the Acropolis of Athens in Greece, the three-story club Rising Sun Terrace is composed of freely stacked staggered volumes. Situated at the road intersection in the southwest corner of the site, it boasts expansive landscape views. With a double-height swimming pool and Greek-style colonnades, it stands as a distinctive urban beacon.
The Eternal Moon Palace club integrates a circular fan hall, Monet-style garden, sunken courtyard, and an indoor constant-temperature swimming pool with a ceiling height of 8.2 meters, infusing every scene with the leisure and comfort of French romantic living.
The Cloud Stream Pavilion creates an in-depth natural "valley-style" courtyard, shaping a striking visual interface while fostering a serene and tranquil ambiance along the inner pedestrian street.
