With 'linear order' as its core design language, the project employs a simplified, refined vocabulary, layering vertical and horizontal lines with precise proportions to reinterpret the aesthetics of contemporary elegance and create a home that balances rational logic with emotional warmth.
Framed by an open-plan layout, the interior layers generous amounts of wood and stone, infusing the home with a warm, natural ambiance. At the entrance, an L-shaped display cabinet in a silvery grey palette sets the tone. Its floating form and soft underlighting impart a delicate sense of lightness to the foyer. Opposite, a mirrored wall reflects the living area, offering both a functional surface for final touch-ups and a visual extension that amplifies the perception of space.
The public zone is anchored by the living and dining-kitchen spaces, with a fully open layout forming the main interior axis. A TV wall of grey stone paired with a black framing element creates a cohesive visual statement, while its detachment from the ceiling and side walls heightens the sense of flow. On the opposite side, floor-to-ceiling windows with wooden louvers, built-in cabinetry, and linear lighting emphasise linear elements as the visual core, shaping a clean and well-defined spatial order.
A key feature of the design lies in transforming storage into a display element. In the open kitchen-dining area, the island serves as the centrepiece, paired with a low cabinet behind the TV wall to create a display zone for elegant tableware, utensils, and coffee equipment. Black cabinetry contrasts with a white countertop, while wood finishes ground the interior in natural warmth. This quiet, neutral backdrop accentuates the homeowner’s curated objects, allowing everyday storage to double as an elegant visual statement.
Extending this display sensibility into the private spaces. In the dressing room, transparent glass replaces conventional partition walls, expanding visual depth and allowing garments, accessories, and luggage to merge with the interior language. Combined with soft indirect lighting, these elements delicately express the refinement of everyday living, responding to contemporary demands for interaction, functionality, and spatial aesthetics.
