Guided by the language of curves, the design takes the arc as its central motif. From cabinetry and walls to door frames, every element follows a soft, rounded rhythm, transforming rigid angles into a tender sense of enclosure. The arched opening of the living room marks the beginning of the spatial overture, artfully extending depth and layering to create a perceptible cadence of flow. Special earthen wall coatings accentuate the arch’s sculptural contours while enriching its tactile quality and durability—quietly revealing the understated beauty of raw texture.
The design concerns both the family composition and their daily routines. The master bedroom is expanded by merging an adjoining room and repurposing the dim corner as storage and a cozy space for the family cat. A sliding door connects this area to the kitchen, preventing cooking fumes from spreading. In the communal areas, a short-throw projector and RGB ambient lighting replace the traditional TV wall, creating a versatile space for relaxation and atmosphere. Under the interplay of linear pendants and natural sunlight, light and shadow create a gentle symphony—one that encourages both body and mind to relax.
Subtly embedded storage functions within the curvilinear forms to respond to the homeowner’s preference for simplicity with warmth, allowing cabinets, doors, and walls to merge into a seamless whole. The color scheme mainly features white and gray, with milk tea color as an accent to balance the overall temperature and mood. Moreover, the designer exploits low-formaldehyde latex paints and imported eco-friendly coatings, embodying the brand’s commitment to subtraction aesthetics and sustainable materiality.
