The space is anchored in the core philosophy of “Deconstruction-Symbiosis”, dismantling the dichotomy between nature and modernity. Through fluid spatial planning, material juxtapositions, and light-shadow narratives, it constructs a living experience that harmonizes structural order with human warmth.
It is centered on a sunken courtyard as the pivotal hub, the layout employs “gray spaces” to connect public and private zones. Open areas feature large-span composite designs, where material zoning maintains visual continuity; private quarters utilize oak-clad walls and sheer curtains to soften boundaries, balancing tranquility with permeability. A commitment to authenticity guides the material strategy: textured plaster contrasts with natural stone, while wooden elements bridge nature and culture. Earth tones form the base, punctuated by burgundy red and matte black accents, with value gradations sculpting emotional depth. Natural and artificial lighting are orchestrated. Daylight floods vertically through skylights and diffuses via the sunken courtyard’s reflective surfaces; after dark, a layered system (recessed strips, spotlights, track lights) balances functionality and ambiance, blurring day-night divisions. Spiral staircases and marble bars transform leisure into artistic social hubs, while installations and paintings intensifies spatial storytelling.
The project reinterprets natural poetry through contemporary design, offering an innovative paradigm where efficiency, comfort, and aesthetics coalesce—a testament to modern residential innovation.
