Nap pillow

The nap pillow is a portable sleep aid designed for office workers, students, and those engaged in prolonged desk work. Centered on the prone posture commonly adopted during midday desk naps, it deeply integrates ergonomic principles, with precise optimization from the three-dimensional curved support of the face-contact area, a central facial relief hole, to the structural layout of the arm placement space, tailored to the body’s natural posture and force distribution in this position, ensuring maximum comfort and recovery efficiency during 15-to-30-minute naps.
Unlike similar products, the design thoroughly addresses practical usage differences in the prone position, when the body leans forward, the hard desk edge can easily compress the chest, potentially causing chest constriction in a short time, significantly impacting nap comfort and safety. To counter this, the design team added a cushion near the chest area, filled with high-density memory foam to effectively distribute pressure, providing ideal cushioning and support for a more scientific and comfortable short nap experience.
To achieve precise facial fit, support, and adequate breathing clearance, the design team systematically collected 3D facial data from tens of thousands of typical Asian individuals, focusing on key anatomical features like cheekbone width, nasal structure, mandibular angle, and soft tissue distribution. Users rest their head gently on the pillow, leaning or slightly bending forward, allowing the chin to naturally align with the pillow’s edge, providing indirect support to the neck and shoulders, avoiding impaired blood circulation and facial pressure from direct desk contact. This scientific facial support significantly reduces cervical spine pressure during short naps, marking its core advantage over traditional haphazard prone sleeping.
