The project is located in Xinchang County, known as the "Road of Tang Poetry in Eastern Zhejiang" and the poetic landscape. It is a comprehensive venue for volunteer services in the power industry, integrating professional volunteer services, daily volunteer work, volunteer service exhibitions, and open public shared spaces. The venue emphasizes locality in its style design, incorporating local landmark landscapes into the design while responding to the poetic local culture with concise lines and tones. In the specific display area, multimedia interactive technologies such as art illustrations and sliding screens are used to highlight the enhancement of sound, light, and electricity on the display content. Vivid display forms are used to present diverse content, fully mobilize tourism emotions, and increase tourists' participation and experience. The venue emphasizes publicness in physical space, based on the characteristics of open, inclusive, and warm volunteer service, as well as the densely populated environment, numerous old streets, and facing schools in the surrounding environment. A 24-hour self-service area is created, with a long lit photovoltaic lamp, a sheltered roof, and an interactive message screen, providing people with daily services, rest, volunteer service needs registration and message functions. In the shared open social space, warm and natural social relationships are cultivated to implement the spirit of volunteer service venue and the green and low-carbon goals of the power industry. The venue emphasizes image building in terms of functionality, in response to the original goals and future plans of venue construction. By integrating display and interaction, the development history, highlights, and service scope of the "Tianmao" volunteer service team were introduced, and functions such as safety electricity popularization, agricultural product charity sales, and cultural and creative exhibitions were set up. Through the participation of more stakeholders, on the one hand, the static site has been revitalized and the vitality of the site has been extended, and on the other hand, it has helped owners establish a wider range of brand communication channels and strengthen brand influence.
