This is an older single-storey commercial property with an internal area of about 628 square meters. Over the course of more than 40 years, this historic financial institution has been repurposed into a vibrant medical clinic. The elegant space features a blend of greenery and floral elements, and upon exiting the lift, visitors are welcomed by blooming plum blossoms that complement the marbled, branching reception counter, symbolizing the strength and beauty of women, while creating a surreal atmosphere.

To enhance the sense of natural flow, the entire area is adorned with rounded wooden features and linear lighting, with all doors designed to be rounded to soften the appearance of hard edges. A long corridor to the right of the entrance leads to the consultation room, where the ceiling is adorned with white dried flowers, reminiscent of a manzanita or a delicate jungle. Below, a rattan storage area reinforces the natural theme, effectively addressing the challenges posed by the original low ceiling and large beams, allowing visitors to feel relaxed and at ease as they move through the space.

The back wall of the lobby sofa is integrated with natural stone and rounded lighting strips, showcasing layered natural textures that reflect the 'imperfections' of the visitors. The walls of the standard operating theatre in the medical section are finished in wood tones, with indirect lighting enhancing the space, balancing aesthetics with functionality. The corridor in the aesthetic area is boldly decorated in orange and gold, while the light-blue walls of the room serve as a canvas, adding a touch of elegance and achieving a harmonious balance between coolness and warmth.
