Riverside Courtyard

The Riverside Courtyard adopts "Tianjin's charm flowing" as its core design concept, integrating the natural curves of the Haihe River with modern architectural techniques to create a community image that combines dynamic beauty and profound historical and cultural heritage.
This building serves as the supporting clubhouse for the community, located at the starting point of the ceremony homecoming axis on the south side, adjacent to the Ziyag River Park, offering a glimpse of the riverside ecological landscape upon entering.
The clubhouse consists of five parts: the front courtyard landscape, community lobby, sunken courtyard, sunken clubhouse, and sunken courtyard. Following the design concept of "one river tide hidden, seven layers entering the garden," the space presents seven different atmospheres to fully demonstrate the sense of ceremony for homecoming.
The first layer is the welcoming wall of the ceremony reception, presenting the state of sinking center and floating waves, which remain stable even in the surging tide.
The second layer is the entrance waterfall landscape, conveying a sense of tranquility and flowing light and shadow, as if the water reflects the passage of time.
The third layer is the ceremonial column corridor space, presenting the image of divine hiding and autumnal clouds, winding around the fragrant grass and layers, where one can appreciate the extraordinary realm and return to the heart.
The fourth layer is the entrance waterfall, displaying the scene of the jade falling into the sky river, where one can hear the sound of the river flowing and the green branches falling.
The fifth layer is the sunken courtyard of the lobby, creating an atmosphere of luxury and ornate painting, with the golden rhythm of the waterfall and the hanging of the glass and color rhythm.
The sixth layer is the sunken courtyard of the clubhouse, constructing a pleasant hall, floating stream, and mountain scenery, lying in the secluded valley and rivers, surrounded by the arches of the quiet mountains.
The seventh layer is the community landscape garden, creating a forest and lively appearance, with a curved and elegant Japanese-style path and a Zen forest to stroll through.
