Childlike Home

A childlike couple imagines living in a playful home. Therefore, this project takes "interesting" as the starting point.

For their children in the future, we turned the living room into an interactive space. The display bookshelf allows little ones to see their favorite books. We even build a secret base that everyone’s love under the bookshelf. Decorate the entire living room with lively colors such as blue, green, and pink, so that every guest can feel the childlike atmosphere in the room.

In the master bedroom, we mixed two colors: the wife’s favorite green and the husband's favorite pink. Using jungle wallcovering to create the feeling of a bunny being in a fairy tale forest. The bedroom is decorated with warm yellow lights to create a soft visual sense. The couple can relax and sleep in this comfortable space.

To make good use of the small space in the study room, we used double-sided bookcases to increase the book storage. To make the study room more interesting, we placed a blue whale into the bookcase. People can sit or lie on it. Just like wandering in the sea of books.

Balancing the couple's preferences, we created a childlike home loved by both adults and children. This is a place for adults to relax and a home for children to grow up happily.
