The “Taoyuan Children's Art Festival” is an iconic annual parent-child event in Taoyuan that provides participants with a variety of artistic experiences. 2024, with the theme of "Unleashing the Wings of Imagination," aimed to develop children's five abilities: imagination, concentration, socialization, creativity, and aesthetics. It enabled children to bravely explore the unknown, expand the world, and discover themselves so that they could face all kinds of challenges and develop a variety of senses of life. While experiencing Taoyuan's rich artistic capacity, they created a sense of identity and belonging to the city, which further promoted the sustainable preservation of culture.
Diverse Performances and Experiences
The 2024 Taoyuan Children's Art Festival presented 34 performances and 2 parades, including magic, theater, music, and many other types of performances. There was also a children's market with 22 stalls daily, featuring crafts, experiences, and food, providing children with the most enjoyable time for arts and culture. A series of highly interactive and inspiring activities enriched the children's art experience, allowing them to participate in the creative process or be part of the performance to experience the magic of the arts.

Unleash the Wings of Imagination
Albert Einstein once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited, but imagination covers everything." The event is centered on "unleashing the wings of imagination," which promotes children's imagination, concentration, socialization, creativity, and aesthetics. A variety of art performances and interactive experiences enriched children’s horizons deepened their cultural heritage, and created precious moments for parents and children to share the beauty of art. The arts become a bridge that leads children to the wider world.
