Mazu is one of the most well-known deities in Taiwan. There are many temples in Taiwan worshiping Mazu. Her benevolent and dignified image has made her a trusted deity for believers.

The design team was encouraged by Mazu and her believers to initiate the project "The Physicalization of the Divine Goddess Moniang" to extend Mazu’s compassion daily.

The design team considers that the continuation of Taiwan's traditional religious culture requires not only heritage protection but also innovation. To present Mazu’s image fashionably, the design team conveyed the positive energy of Taiwan's traditional cultural spirit to people through the Divine Goddess Moniang costume.

The product is in a warm tone, with red symbolizing passion and green symbolizing life as its accessory color. The headpiece is with double-sided carved flowers, symbolizing the blessing of a perfect, prosperous, auspicious, and happy life like a flower.

The garment is carved with a 360-degree semi-circular totem. The two rings are symmetrically close to each other, resembling the symbol of infinity, signifying infinite good luck. Meanwhile, the iris totem on the collar represents the messenger of love. The iris is commonly used in Taiwan to express love and friendship, symbolizing the Divine Goddess Moniang as a deity who gives love and luck.
