Located in the core of Tongzhou New District, the HEART AESTHESIS Demonstration Area epitomizes a perfect fusion of urban development and ecological balance. Seamlessly integrated with the municipal park, this area takes visitors on a mesmerizing journey—starting at the entrance portal, meandering through a welcoming foyer, continuing to a poetic atrium, and culminating in the garden where leaping fountains perform a playful dance. This forest-inspired landscape provides a luxurious seclusion, treating visitors to a refreshing visual feast that blends art with nature.
The forecourt welcomes visitors with a living garden, unfolding a scroll of natural harmony. The sequential walls are meticulously crafted from Yuman Beige marbles with gray finishes and fossilized shell textures, imbuing both the architecture and the landscapes with visual depth and profound elegance. Underfoot, the undulating paving design mimics ocean waves through varied finishes and textures, guiding visitors along a rhythmic path. Sunlight and shadow dance among towering trees and tinkling water features, leading visitors to a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city.
As visitors step through the main entrance, they are enveloped by a homely ambiance, achieved through the combination of understated yet luxurious Blue Diamond marbles, starry ceilings under the eaves, and azure ceramic tiles. In the atrium, abundant greenery is complemented by the indoor-outdoor window design, evoking the serenity of a tea house under a lush canopy. The pavilion-like pergola winds through the verdant landscape, and the semi-transparent metal screens gently transition views indoors, blurring barriers to create a fluid and seamless spatial narrative from architecture to interior and landscape.
In the garden with leaping fountains, the long-lasting flowers in a patchwork arrangement add bursts of colors. Each stone is meticulously handcrafted and chiseled to create a rough texture, giving the impression that it has been weathered by time and nature. These stones are nestled among gravel and blooms, harmoniously blending into their surroundings.
