Vaulted

The site is an old apartment. The name, “Vaulted”, is the result of the designer's realization that the space has good ceiling height and lighting. To solve the disadvantage of the TV wall not being long enough, the designer changed the design of the TV wall and added the element of “round sky and square earth”. The extended TV wall creates a sense of rhythm. The rounded ceiling, which symbolizes the sky, becomes the focal point, satisfying the owner's need for understated luxury. Moreover, the designer integrated fitness equipment into the space and utilized the openwork design of the ceiling to install grips for pull-ups. Even when not training, the shape of the ceiling is still an eye-catching element.
The beauty of simplicity is in the retreat. The simple geometric lines of the project change the three-dimensional appearance of the space, creating a magnifying effect. With the natural scenery outside the window, the interior and exterior spaces are more connected.
