Centered around the theme of "space exploration," this project transforms office space into a form resembling a spacecraft cabin. Not only does it resonate with the technology theme of the park, but it also aims to inspire creativity and imagination among employees through such design, creating an atmosphere of work that transcends the conventional. It not only aligns with the "technology" theme of the project's park but also breaks through traditional office models.
The design inspiration comes from spacecraft and interstellar travel. By using metal materials and contrasting light and dark, the designers aim to create a vast atmosphere reminiscent of the cosmos, allowing employees to feel as if they are immersed in the universe, experiencing infinite possibilities.
Transforming the space into a spacecraft-like cabin, integrating commercial ecology and office needs, and using metal materials and light-dark contrast, a bold and innovative commercial office space has been created, meeting the diverse needs of business negotiations, work gatherings, and more.
The business negotiation area adopts a spacious and bright design, equipped with comfortable sofas and modern communication facilities, creating a comfortable atmosphere suitable for business negotiations. The work gathering area adopts an open design, providing flexible workspace and advanced meeting facilities, allowing employees to communicate and collaborate freely. The creative thinking area constructs a space full of inspiration and creativity, encouraging employees to brainstorm and innovate.
Highlighting innovation and avant-garde characteristics in a technology park while maintaining practicality and comfort is the challenge of this design. Through in-depth communication with the client, fully understanding the needs and expectations of the client as well as the overall positioning of the park, the designers ultimately utilized modern, avant-garde architectural design styles, including selecting innovative building materials, structures, and forms, as well as introducing digital design tools and technology.
In terms of material selection, the design team focuses on choosing materials with a sense of technology and futurism, such as GRG materials, mirror stainless steel honeycomb panels, and metal fluorocarbon paint. At the same time, considering sustainable development factors, environmentally friendly materials were chosen, ensuring effective utilization and recycling of resources during use.
