Located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, this Grade‑A office complex comprises three buildings with a total gross floor area of 217,056 ㎡. It aims to become a highly recognizable urban landmark balancing corporate prestige and practical functionality.

Drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese tiled roof forms, the interior design adopts white as the primary hue. Vertical lines echo the architectural massing, while UHPC panels on feature walls deliver a layered fan‑shaped visual effect. The design addresses four core challenges: high‑curvature curved facades, an ultra‑high double‑height lobby, sophisticated multi‑level circulation, and premium public‑area finishes. These are realized through parametric unitized curtain walls, integrated structural design, multi‑disciplinary BIM coordination and validation, as well as prefabricated dry‑hanging construction techniques.

Balancing aesthetic expression and practical performance, glass curtain walls bring in natural daylight, and massive structural columns are reimagined as decorative elements. Physical separation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic is achieved across multiple levels; internal circulation flows are optimized, and barrier‑free access is fully implemented. Fire‑safety requirements are strictly met, and stain‑resistant, durable materials are selected to facilitate long‑term operation and maintenance.

Breaking away from generic office typologies, its landmark silhouette elevates asset value and supports leasing efforts. Prefabricated construction, high‑performance curtain walls and natural daylighting embed green and sustainable principles. Fluid curved geometries, rounded massive columns and warm bronze finishes create an open, spacious yet inviting business atmosphere. Shaping the urban streetscape, the complex attracts industry clusters and delivers both economic and social benefits.
