This PV module utilises the high-efficiency HPBC ultra black cells, which results in a distinctive Ultra Black appearance and offers benefits, including low carbon emissions, environmental sustainability, safety, reliability, and stable power. The module presents a novel technological solution for home PV systems. To meet the aesthetic demands of modern PV product users, the module is based on the concept of Technology for Beauty, which balances technology and artistic beauty.
To accomplish the goal of achieving the Ultra Black design, the module employs HPBC ultra black cells, featuring no front-side grid lines with a low reverse velvet technology to ensure no discernible colour difference between the cells when viewed from multiple angles. The anti-reflection film with optimised thickness reduces the intensity of blue light reflections, lending each cell a Ultra Black colour. Structural glass further ensures multi-dimensional all-black form. These designs ensure a Ultra Black vision while achieving high efficiency in power generation.
Regarding user experience, the structural glass incorporates an artistic micro-carved texture, providing unique aesthetic enjoyment. Based on the principle of diffuse reflection, the uneven pattern of the structural glass can also reflect light evenly and multiple times in different directions, effectively reducing the generation of glare and significantly reducing light pollution. The micro-dimensional surface design makes the glass less susceptible to fingerprints, making it easier to clean. The design team has also simplified the installation by using press-on straps and EVO2a connectors to ensure users can complete the installation and maintenance easily and quickly.
The packaging design has been upgraded to include a one-piece U-shaped Velcro design, the integration of an enclosure pallet, and the solid wood pallet. This design achieves easier dismantling, stronger protection, and better-carrying capacity.
