IN BETWEEN is a conceptual interior architecture project that explores how remote work can become a catalyst for rural revitalization rather than isolation. Set in Daoming Town, the project creates a shared environment where remote workers and local residents can learn, work, and interact through everyday experiences.

Instead of using bamboo as a visual motif, the project draws inspiration from its growth process. The spatial sequence follows four stage Shoot, Node, Growth, and Resilience guiding visitors through spaces for learning, collaboration, and reflection. Exhibition areas, a library, tea bar, co-working spaces, lecture rooms, and wellness facilities are connected to encourage continuous interaction between people and place.

The design combines contemporary working environments with local bamboo craftsmanship, creating opportunities for cultural exchange while supporting new ways of living and working. Rather than separating productivity from community, IN BETWEEN proposes a more balanced relationship between work, culture, and nature.
