As the first high-end product of Xingyao's 77 series, Wangque adopts design philosophies rooted in traditional Oriental garden aesthetics and shapes its overall spatial layout through a natural and systematic landscaping logic. Adhering to the design principle of progressive layers and integrated virtual and real scenes, the project applies classic gardening techniques including space separation, perspective viewing, scenery screening and framed scenery to create an interconnected courtyard layout with well-structured and layered spatial textures. Corridors serve as vital connecting elements that link the landscapes of individual courtyards and facilitate the integration and interaction of diverse scenes. The overall space maintains a neat and orderly layout while presenting varied scenery along every step, delivering a diverse and immersive garden experience.
The landscape design of the project adheres to the core philosophy of respecting and conforming to the original site conditions. It abandons rigid and artificial modifications and creates landscapes based on the inherent texture and unique charm of the land to fully preserve its original natural features. Pavilions and terraces are arranged in line with the original terrain and blend harmoniously into the overall landscape, offering ideal spaces for residents to relax and appreciate the changing natural scenery throughout the day. Winding paths are laid out along the natural terrain and ecological veins of the site, creating flexible circulation routes and bringing a natural and exploratory experience to garden tours. Landscape stones at entrances are sourced locally with original textures and natural vibes, acting as a natural bond between residential spaces and the surrounding environment. The design ultimately realizes the harmonious integration of architecture, residence and nature, crafting a high-end garden landscape that balances exquisite aesthetic value and profound natural temperament.
