Inspired by The Little Prince and centered on the concept of “preserved beauty,” the project explores the integration of art, technology, and contemporary residential living. Combining five core living scenarios with three material and art exhibition zones, it redefines the aesthetic and functional standards of high-end residences through a holistic spatial experience.
Departing from the conventional model of luxury show residences, the design adopts a hybrid approach of spatial storytelling and curated art experiences. Daily living environments are interwoven with exhibition routes, creating a coherent sequence that connects residential functions, artistic installations, and intelligent technologies. Through collaborations with artists and premium home brands, the space presents a carefully curated collection of furnishings, artworks, and customized installations, enhanced by panoramic lighting design and smart home systems.
The spatial layout covers the full spectrum of residential experiences, including arrival, daily living, social interaction, wellness, and relaxation. Intelligent systems are seamlessly integrated throughout the project, from smart home controls and environmental monitoring to predictive management platforms that optimize comfort and operational efficiency. A constant indoor environment system maintains stable temperature, humidity, air quality, acoustic comfort, and oxygen levels, ensuring a healthy and comfortable living environment.
The design follows an international minimalist aesthetic, using material textures, lighting layers, and artistic furnishings to shape spatial character. Natural materials such as wood finishes and handcrafted lacquer surfaces are combined with metal and microcrystalline stone to create a balance between warmth and modernity. Inspired by the Möbius strip, the lighting system and reflective ceiling structures generate a continuous visual flow, enhancing spatial depth and immersion.
To ensure consistency across diverse scenarios, technologies, and brand installations, the project adopts an integrated design strategy that unifies architecture, interiors, art curation, intelligent systems, and material applications. Sustainability is embedded through the use of eco-friendly materials, low-energy intelligent devices, and efficient environmental control systems, creating a residence that balances aesthetic quality, functionality, comfort, and long-term environmental performance.
