Jingyi Project breaks through the traditional logic of urban residential design, innovatively establishing a core design tone of purity, resort-style relaxation, and creating a rare resort-style living scenario within the city. The project adopts an architecture-led, integrated collaborative design approach involving landscape and interior disciplines, breaking down professional barriers to achieve a high degree of unity among architectural form, landscape space, and interior scenes, effectively alleviating the tension of urban life and creating a unique spatial character of healing and relaxation.
Drawing on the aesthetic essence of Aman Greece and Gundari Resort, the project employs minimal architectural language to evoke a resort atmosphere. The pure, sculptural building facades, complemented by ice-blue water features and xerophytic plants, express a delicate interplay of light, shadow, and materials, achieving a symbiosis between architecture and nature and fully interpreting the essence of a pure coastal resort.
The core design innovation lies in the localized raised-floor landscaping strategy, which softens the interface between the site and the urban environment, constructing a rich and orderly vertical spatial system and creating a three-dimensional homecoming circulation route spanning ground, underground, and elevated levels. The ground-level waterscape corridors connect courtyards and public spaces, fostering an immersive resort ambiance; the underground level, centered around sunken courtyards, houses a full-function premium clubhouse; and the elevated spaces unlock multi-dimensional viewing perspectives.
The project progressively expands the demonstration zone scope, gradually unveiling a wealth of spaces and amenities, and redefining the paradigm of upscale relaxed urban living.
