This comforter addresses four common sleep discomforts—stuffiness, stickiness, heaviness, and odor. Moving beyond the conventional fabric patchwork, it introduces full-link system-level innovations, spanning from the filling core to the fabric structure, and integrates the functions of a summer quilt, air-conditioning quilt, and multifunctional cover blanket, effectively regulating the sleep microclimate and delivering a truly “breathable” sleep companion and a comfortable sleeping experience.
The comforter innovatively uses 30% hollow CASTOR fiber in its filling, which not only reduces its weight to 70% of conventional summer quilts but also provides exceptional softness, loft, and handfeel, creating a cloud-like, zero-pressure sleeping experience. Its hollow fiber structure, combined with over 100,000 nano-scale micropores created via an electrostatic process, forms three-dimensional airflow channels and creates an efficient breathing system (absorbing moisture through the micropores and releasing it through airflow channels). By quickly absorbing and releasing heat and moisture, it ensures a dry and comfortable sleep experience.
The dual-sided structure precisely caters to different comfort needs, allowing users to switch sides according to the environment. Side A uses a three-dimensional seersucker structure. Its raised texture reduces skin contact area and creates natural airflow channels that enhance heat dissipation, delivering a dry and breathable feel. Side B incorporates Rudolph temperature-regulating technology, achieving a high Q-Max value (>0.4) for fast and long-lasting cooling. In addition, the fabric is treated with anti-odor technology that can break down the four main chemical components of sweat, keeping the quilt fresh. Thanks to the hydrophilicity of CASTOR fiber, the fabric overcomes the slow absorption of conventional synthetic fibers, allowing detergent to quickly penetrate deep into the fibers for efficient removal of sweat and stains, addressing hygiene concerns during long-term use.
