This project is located in the core Xuan Nan area of Xicheng District, Beijing. It is a 360,000㎡ landmark urban commercial and office complex, with a landscape design covering 72,185㎡. The project’s core design concept is "Integrating Ancient and Modern, Dialoguing with History and the Future."

Surrounded by cultural heritage sites such as Kang Youwei's former residence, it deeply roots itself in the cultural essence of Xuan Nan. From west to east, it creates four main sections: 'Respect, Inherit, Lead, and Prospect,' constructing a corridor of impressions that traverses time. Through alleys of culture, commerce, office, and leisure, it translates and integrates old and new memories.

The design adheres to the principle of "Renovate the Old, Refresh the New." Heritage buildings are revitalized with traditional techniques, using grey bricks, grey tiles, and moon gates combined with faux-ancient hard materials to soften the rigid textures of the streets. Courtyard commercial areas center around a stage, forming a three-level networked street-style commercial space that "retains form above ground while creating value below ground," linking diverse consumer scenes. As the only newly built zero-carbon TOD complex within the Second Ring Road, the project introduces green and low-carbon concepts, using spatial elevation differences to create a rare sunken commercial forest park in the north, combined with photovoltaic smart furniture and vertical greening, constructing an ecologically diverse green space. The central landmark, 'Da Ji Cube,' integrates technology and art to become the new symbol of the southern city.

The project uses 'Ji Seal' as a spiritual symbol, blending traditional craft with modern techniques and carefully matching natural and artificial materials, allowing culture to permeate every detail. It realizes the coexistence of historical context with modern commerce, and ecological low-carbon with diverse experiences, creating an urban cultural reception hall that embodies both humanistic depth and contemporary vitality.
