owner to realize a 14,000sq. ft. multi-level transformation, creating a stunning, contemporary hillside
residence with panoramic city views.
The finished home combines high-end aesthetics with family-friendly functionality, incorporating custom
statement pieces and luxury, hand-selected European materials/finishes for quality and consistency. 3D
renderings proved crucial to benchmarking and realizing the client’s vision, ensuring expectations were
always met or exceeded.
The completed residence demonstrates Nobel LA’s ability to blend visionary design, advanced
engineering, and artisanal craftsmanship while honoring the client’s unique lifestyle and requirements.
