Early Warning System for Structural Health Monitoring Data

Based on a robust 3D basic platform architecture system and years of practical experience in 3D simulation-assisted planning and approval, the Early Warning System for Structural Health Monitoring Data adopts the overall approach of "a single map, a single platform, and a single mechanism". It integrates 2D and 3D data with various types of planning and control data, implements the requirements for architectural style control, and establishes a sound mechanism for urban and architectural landscape style control. The system comprehensively integrates various planning achievements, including master plans, regulatory plans, conservation plans for historical and cultural cities, and specialized plans. It spatializes and vectorizes such elements related to urban landscape control as height restrictions, visual corridors, viewing points and landscape interfaces, thus forming a networked set of control elements for the collaborative management of multiple types of plans. This platform can provide visual support for the "review of the eight categories of elements for style control" conducted at special review meetings on urban and architectural landscape style control, urban planning committees and expert review meetings. It encompasses six core modules, namely layer tree, meeting management, scene roaming, scene analysis, scheme demonstration and data maintenance.
