This project is located in the Xianlin Area of Qixia District, Nanjing. As a key amenity for the XIANLIN HUAXI MANSION community, it is intended to create a social and living carrier that integrates a modern light luxury temperament with the aesthetic tastes of young people. With the core concept of "Boundless Living", the design reconstructs the relationships among people, nature and communities through the vertical linkage of spaces and the transparent penetration of interfaces.
The architectural layout emphasizes the integration of function and experience: the void deck and sunken courtyard form a vertical interactive system, blurring the indoor and outdoor boundaries. The incorporation of elements such as floating boxes and panoramic pods not only enhances visual recognition, but also creates multi-layered social scenarios, catering to contemporary young people’s pursuit of a lifestyle featuring casual social interaction and high engagement. The overall spatial sequence prioritizes fluidity and openness, encouraging free circulation and accidental encounters, and achieving a boundless extension from physical space to emotional connection.
The facade design inherits and evolves the oriental imagery of "High Mountains and Flowing Water", interpreting the artistic conception of mountains and rivers with a minimalist and exquisite linear language. The main color palette consists of dark gray and white, accented with champagne gold metal lines, echoing the elegant charm of royal mansions in Nanjing’s regional culture and resembling floating clouds winding around mountain ridges, exuding a light luxury texture amidst calmness. In terms of material strategy, precise investment is made under the premise of cost control—new decorative materials such as Niker stone and green jade are adopted in key areas, balancing durability and aesthetic expression and reflecting the pursuit of exquisite craftsmanship and quality.
The use of large-area floor-to-ceiling curtain wall glass not only maximizes the introduction of natural light, but also seamlessly brings the external landscape into the interior, enhancing the sense of extension and transparency of the space. Through the contrast of void and solid, the building becomes a medium for the dialogue between light and shadow and nature.
