Rudaw Media Network 12th Anniversary Visual Campaign is a commemorative design series created to celebrate Rudaw’s 12-year journey of storytelling, public service, and cultural connection across the region.
The campaign is built around twelve symbolic illustrations, each representing a key value that has shaped Rudaw’s identity over the years — including truth, clarity, resilience, unity, progress, and pride. Rather than relying on a single hero visual, we developed a complete illustration system that could live consistently across multiple platforms while still allowing every piece to feel unique and meaningful.
The visual language combines modern editorial design with cultural sensitivity, using clean compositions, strong iconography, and a refined color palette to maintain clarity at every size. from large-format screens to social media formats. The result is a campaign that feels both celebratory and timeless, honoring the past while confidently looking forward.
As a Creative Leadership project, this work was also designed to support internal creative growth. The system allowed Rudaw’s design team to produce high-quality assets efficiently, while protecting brand consistency and strengthening the network’s visual identity.
This anniversary campaign became more than a celebration. it became a visual statement of Rudaw’s mission and a tribute to the audience, the newsroom, and the creative spirit behind the brand.
