The Evertopia is designed to create a future-ready, wellness-driven workplace for a leading international biopharmaceutical company. With LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum as core benchmarks, it deeply merges ABW (Activity‑Based Working) model with ESG principles, building a flexible, healthy, and culturally rich spatial ecosystem.

Spanning eight floors, this project weaves together core functions such as reception, collaboration zones, wellness spaces, and coffee areas into a coherent, efficient workflow loop. The reception integrates a curated visual timeline highlighting the company's historical contributions, creating a strong sense of identity and purpose for visitors and employees. The workspace features a variety of work settings and sit‑stand desks for all employees, paired with a themed‑floor guided layout to deliver an immersive office experience. Moreover, it strictly follows Universal Design Silver principles, comprehensively enhancing spatial accessibility and universal usability.

Space intelligence is deeply integrated with environmental attributes: Meeting rooms adopt intelligent booking systems; daylight-responsive lighting and curtain controls enhance comfort; and smart meters provide real-time energy insights to optimize building operations. Furthermore, 95% of workstations enjoy green views. Low-VOC and sustainable materials are used throughout the workplace, while selected custom features utilize recyclable materials.

To implement the company's circular economy and ESG strategy, the project centers around the "Negative Carbon Island" design concept. The reception wall cladding is custom‑3D‑printed using fully recyclable materials, crafting a closed‑loop lifecycle environmental system that ensures 100% material recovery and minimizes pollutant emissions. This initiative demonstrates the company's commitment to sustainable responsibility while providing key support for the project's environmental performance ratings, achieving a dual enhancement of ecological value and spatial experience.
