Elevated Elegance

Elevated Elegance is a compact 36m² residence located across from a prestigious national university, designed for a law student by his physician parents as a gift and a promise of the best living environment they could offer. The design reflects two aspirations: the parents’ care and dedication, and the young resident’s desire for a space with individuality and visual character. Within the original 3.6-meter ceiling height, a mezzanine was introduced to separate functions, placing the bedroom and wardrobes above, while reconfiguring the lower floor into a concealed-storage foyer, streamlined kitchen, flexible lounge-study, dining area, and a reading nook. Deep, cool tones and expansive mirrors dissolve boundaries, while slender steel stair treads just 8 to 10 millimeters thick maintain lightness and elegance. The result is a home that blends health, style, and intelligent spatial design in perfect balance.
