The design emphasizes multidimensional spatial perception. Natural light, visual transparency, and minimal partitions dissolve boundaries, allowing fluid circulation and heightened family interaction. A spiral staircase, double-height windows, and reimagined basement transform transitional areas into vibrant social and leisure hubs. Functional restructuring integrates study, leisure, and living spaces, enhanced by skylights, accent lighting, and natural ventilation, forming a dynamic rhythm of light and shadow.

Materiality reflects a balance of authenticity and refinement. Neutral tones and understated textures establish a soft sensory atmosphere, while partitions, peep windows, and layered transparency weave subtle romance into daily experience. Sustainability is embedded through eco-friendly materials, intelligent systems, and optimized daylight strategies, ensuring energy efficiency and healthy living.
