At Cavendish Heights, timeless elegance meets modern living. The design reinterprets classical decorative moldings and floral motifs in a refined, contemporary manner, creating a home that feels both grand and refined.

A warm palette of cream beige and oak sets the tone. Natural light floods through large windows, softening the atmosphere and connecting the interiors with panoramic outdoor views. Every space is designed for flexibility and comfort, avoiding heavy cabinetry in favor of open layouts and concealed storage.

The living and dining areas flow together naturally, anchored by a marble-accented storage niche and a sculptural dining table that embodies refined minimalism. The kitchen, crafted for a passionate home chef, integrates smart features such as dual-access cabinetry, hidden stools, and a pull-out work table, all seamlessly blending into a backdrop of marble and silver finished trims.

Bathrooms pair French-inspired elegance with practical detailing: seamless marble floors, sculptural stone wash basins, and concealed drainage systems create spaces that are as beautiful as they are functional.

This residence demonstrates that classical elegance can be expressed with restraint and clarity. By combining timeless proportions with modern sensibilities, Cavendish Heights offers its residents not just a home, but a living environment that balances sophistication, warmth, and everyday ease.
