The 188㎡ unit creates a sense of tranquility with elegant tones. Carefully selected art installations and high-end luxury furniture are accentuated with bright orange-yellow, like vibrant sparks, achieving an "urban artistic realm".​

The 317㎡ unit exudes magnificent luxury. The symmetrical layout features a sense of order and sophistication. The wide panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows let in ample natural light and offer beautiful views; the connected kitchen, dining table and island highlight the grandeur of the space. It integrates luxury and art perfectly.​

This project combines Fuzhou's cultural heritage with modern design. It perfectly integrates art and life, presenting a unique and luxurious living experience.
