This is a new type of concrete screw conveyor designed to improve the problem of discharge port blockage caused by traditional equipment when conveying concrete. The discharge port of conventional screw conveyors is typically equipped with guide plates to direct the material. When the screw conveyor is inclined, the guide plates also tilt, and the material leaking out through the discharge port tends to accumulate on the guide plates, potentially causing blockage.
To address this issue, the design team has adopted a 'double guide plate' design in this series of equipment. The first and second guide plates are articulated at the discharge port. During concrete conveying, a connecting cloth is used to connect the first and second guide plates. When the cylinder is inclined, the first and second guide plates can maintain a vertical position under gravity, allowing material to fall without obstruction. This prevents discharge port blockage, reduces material loss during transportation, and improves the working efficiency of the screw conveyor.
