Re:form is a future-facing reinterpretation of the classic trench coat—engineered for those who value both aesthetic refinement and environmental responsibility. This piece reimagines outerwear as a modular, adaptive system: its transformative neckline allows wearers to modify the garment’s silhouette and functionality based on changing weather, moods, or settings. By expanding versatility within a single garment, Re:form offers a compelling response to overconsumption and fashion waste.

Crafted from biodegradable and low-impact materials, including breathable TENCEL™, fluid Cupro, and natural horn buttons, the coat is an exercise in sustainable elegance. Each component was chosen not only for its tactile and visual quality but also for its role in a circular design system—where style and sustainability are inextricably linked.
The design was shaped through user-centered research with urban professionals, whose needs informed the development of prototypes and pattern engineering. A key challenge lay in creating a transformable collar that retained structural clarity and minimalism without compromising comfort. The resulting garment is a modular solution that provides all-season adaptability, reduced wardrobe redundancy, and long-wear relevance.

Re:form also expresses the core philosophy of Greenest, a Seoul-based studio dedicated to crafting modular, sustainable clothing with architectural simplicity. The brand believes that clothing should evolve with the wearer and endure beyond trends—prioritizing thoughtful material use, functional longevity, and timeless design. Through Re:form, Greenest affirms that future fashion must not only adapt but also respect the planet and its people.
