Rooted in the Qianlong legend, “Long Hua” fuses imperial grace—“Tian Ci” bestowed by Heaven—with the dragon-scale silhouette of Longjing buds and the homophone “Rong Hua” (glory), sealing the tea’s noble pedigree. Tradition recounts the Emperor’s 1741 southern tour: while plucking tender shoots on Shifeng Peak, he was summoned back to court by news of the Empress Dowager’s sudden illness. The leaves, forgotten in his sleeve, withered and fermented en route. Brewed in haste, the infusion restored her health; she hailed it as a panacea. Eighteen designated trees were henceforth consecrated as Imperial Tribute, their spring harvest reserved solely for the palace. This myth imbues Longjing with a “born of earth, blessed by Heaven” ethos, its time-honored hand-plucking and pan-firing now enshrined as intangible cultural heritage.
Today, JD Logistics extends the saga through precision temperature control and express cold-chain networks, delivering fresh-picked leaves—replete with orchid fragrance and chestnut sweetness—from tea garden to tea table within hours. From imperial groves to modern homes, from artisan woks to IoT sensors, a millennium of tea culture converges with digital civilization in every cup, ensuring the four perfections—emerald hue, lingering aroma, mellow sweetness, and elegant form—transcend eras and continents.
