This multilingual transparent screen, designed for public services like government services, healthcare, and transportation, aims to break down language barriers for users in these public service scenarios with heavy foot traffic. By integrating speech recognition, real-time translation, handwriting input, and multilingual subtitle visualization, it offers a low-threshold, high-efficiency, barrier-free communication solution.
With the UI arranged in an upper-and-lower mirrored layout, the screen enables two-way synchronized information display. This allows both customers and customer service agents to clearly see the content from the best viewing angle, focusing them on the conversation rather than technical operations. The interface on the customer side contains a larger visual area, while the service side features both touch control and physical buttons to handle multitasking and frequent service demands. The screen supports dual service modes (human customer service & AI avatar support), ensuring 24/7 operation and adapting to various service paces.
In terms of appearance and optical performance, the screen adopts angled cameras, a modular base, and a high-contrast color scheme to ensure clear visibility in complex lighting conditions. Unlike traditional translation devices, it offers stronger environmental integration, visual invisibility, and semantic understanding capabilities. It not only improves service efficiency but also provides a more comfortable experience for the Deaf community and non-speaking people as well as multilingual users, truly promoting the inclusive, intelligent, and sustainable development of public services.
