In courtyard creation, we draw inspiration from the courtyards of Yuelu Academy, utilizing the front yard space to create multiple courtyard levels with multiple landscape walls, creating spatial depth. Translucent aluminum panels are used inside and outside the small courtyards, combined with water features and landscape elements, to create a rich spatial intention that echoes the architecture levels.
In facade design, there are four main facade concepts, creating urban artworks:
1.Amber of Time: Urban glass curtain wall
The second floor of the sales office features a glass curtain wall, presenting the street view to the interior while transforming the clubhouse function into a unique decorative element for the facade.
2.Song of Floating Clouds: Stone-clad exhibition walls
The urban interface serves as the community's business card, the final chapter on the way home, and the beginning of life. The high-end stone "Vast Cloud River," resembling floating clouds and shimmering water patterns, unfolds along the street interface like a scroll of clouds and rivers.
3.Harmony of Mountains and Waters: Entrance grille facade
The entrance uses vertically customized profiles with rhythmic variations, creating a texture that transitions from loose to compact. Upon arrival, a sense of gradually entering a beautiful environment is created.
4.River of Stars: Aluminum panel light canopy
Home is the sanctuary of the soul, where worldly noises dissipate. With a starry sky washing away worldly dust, the aluminum panel light canopy features an infinite extension of hexagonal snowflake shapes, complemented by matrix lighting, resembling a vast river of stars, illuminating the way home.
In the facade materials, we pay tribute to intangible cultural heritage with Yunhe patterns and artistic glass. Hunan embroidery, known as the best in the world, along with Su embroidery, Cantonese embroidery, and Sichuan embroidery, are collectively known as the four famous embroidery styles in China. The Yunhe pattern combines delicate and simple configurations to create rich textures, paying homage to traditional intangible cultural heritage through modern artistic glass craftsmanship.
