The design ethos is firmly anchored in a clear thematic focus, underscoring the preservation of the natural ecological environment while avoiding excessive ornamentation. By enhancing the park's functional layout and integrating the site's ecological spatial characteristics, we will reconstruct the thematic elements in various sections to create a more diverse range of tour themes. The visual ambiance of the park will be elevated through the strategic application of distinctive and vivid colors and patterns, serving as the thread connecting the recreational spaces. The addition of cultural and educational facilities will guide visitors in instinctively exploring and engaging with nature, and enhance their interactive experiences. The design aims to strike a balance between urban development and the quality of life, facilitate individuals' reconnection with nature and nurture a more intimate relationship with the environment.
A truly exceptional child-friendly park should not only be aesthetically pleasing but should also nurture children's interest in art, cultivate their passion for science, and instill an awareness of environmental conservation. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of Chongqing's Nanshan region, the design seamlessly blends various spatial scenes and natural resources. The guiding concept is "Nature as a Giant Building Block Game", to extract elements from the flora and fauna of the natural world, and to create vivid, minimalist, and highly functional geometric shapes by employing abstract artistic techniques. These shapes serve as the core design elements and are extended throughout various sections of the park. They form the basis for a unified park design that encompasses IP branding, wayfinding systems, science and education facilities, interactive installations, and surrounding cultural and creative elements.
The wayfinding signage system serves as a significant point of reference within the park, providing navigation while imparting a distinct and unique identity to the park. Building upon the park's structural design, the use of three-dimensional jigsaw puzzle toy-inspired shapes, bright colors, and geometric patterns creates a bridge between the wayfinding system and park architecture. This design not only ensures effective navigation but also offers visitors an engaging and visually appealing experience.
