This high-end knife set for kitchen use, drawing inspiration from Chinese gardens, perfectly marries traditional aesthetics with modern technology. It takes Chinese perforated windows as the core element, and employs modern exquisite craftsmanship, embodying the profound cultural significance of traditional Eastern aesthetics in a delicate manner. The handle is engraved with fine perforated window patterns, and incorporates a ring of red as an embellishment, quaint and elegant. Meanwhile, the slender knife holder features a through-type perforated window design, ensuring a consistent style of the whole product.
As for material selection, CU70 steel developed by Chinese Academy of Sciences is selected as the main material. Benefiting from its high copper content, the material boasts natural antibacterial properties, excellent corrosion resistance, and high strength. In this way, the knives can not only effectively inhibit bacterial growth to meet the high standards of modern households for health and hygiene, but also maintain superior performance even in the humid kitchen environment for a long time.
In addition, the handle adopts the advanced 3D arc polishing process to ensure fluid lines and a comfortable grip. This significantly reduces the burden on the hand, enhancing the user experience. Moreover, each knife is meticulously designed for specific use, with the end of the handle well reinforced, further improving practicality and durability.
