This case creates the open public area with flowing space concept. The multifunctional room and kitchen area have no partition wall or door to maintain an open and transparent view. The central kitchen space forms a social center, while connecting with the living room and multifunctional room, and the living room could also change the layout configuration to create an interactive and natural layout. The private area combines two bedrooms into a large master bedroom, and the TV wall in the middle not only forms the hollow-square moving line, but also divides the living and office areas. With the design of rotating hardware, the TV can be rotated in 360 degrees, to be flexibly used whether for meeting or audio-visual entertainment.
In order to maintain the transparency and privacy of the space at the same time, a symmetrical black marble decorative column is arranged between the entryway and the living room, and the center is decorated with colored glaze, injecting a touch of artistic light and shadow into the space, which can be used as a screen, to divide the entryway field, and also create an elegant and luxurious welcoming atmosphere.
Continuing the exquisite tone of the entryway, the TV wall in the living room and the island in the dining room are decorated with gray and black marble, and the natural texture of the stone gives the quality feeling. The kitchen island is embedded with stoves that combine cooking and dining functions for daily cooking and party needs. The dining room is also installed with a TV for the convenience of the owner to work, make video call or have a leisure. Considering that the owner has the hobby of fitness and playing music, there is a multifunctional room, which can be used as a gym and piano room. As for the master bedroom, the wooden floor and earth color cloth lay a warm foundation, supplemented by marble embellishment, forming a charming and exquisite space.
